division and concentrate completely on pet fashion.

start to finish. Each garment undergoes a detailed inspection to assure

Business
Philosophy: It
is essential in our business to develop an interpersonal
working relationship with our store contacts. That is why
over 90% of our new clients are made from in-person encounters
at trade shows and store visits on our numerous business
trips throughout the country to all major markets. We open
up our warehouse to potential clients who are interested
in working with our wholesale business. We do not sell individual
items to the public like many other pet product manufacturers.
Our customers appreciate not having competition from their vendor and embrace
the fact that 100% of our product line is manufactured domestically.
We strive for exceptional customer service and have a 87% reorder percentage
with our new customers. We also have selective criteria in choosing our
clients; we find a large importance in reviewing our customers store
background and potential to make sure our products are placed in the hands
of only the most honest businesses.
Employee Relations: 
We have a “family” philosophy with regard to our staff. They are an essential part of our day-to-day operations and we offer advancement opportunities for them. Our management team has extensive human resources training. We perform an internal analyses quarterly to insure our production line and distribution channels are operating to the highest standards. Our company founders are lifelong friends and business associates. The core of our company is a family-run operation.
